Special events require a "special event application" (linked below) to be submitted at least 90 days prior to the event date. Applications submitted at least 60 days prior to the event will be accepted with a processing fee. Applications submitted less than 60 days before the event will be denied.
A special event site meeting may be required for your event. If a meeting is required, the event coordinator and the Reservation Office Manager will be in attendance.
