14. Program Rules
    1. All active PKR employees will be pre-enrolled in the program and will be eligible to earn badges.  
    2. To earn a badge a fellow teammate or leader must observe you displaying City of Dallas’ core values,
    3. To recognize a teammate, select a badge and submit a brief statement on how they showed the core value. (300-character max)
    4. The nominee will receive an email notification of their award and a personalized e-certificate.
    5. Each badge is worth different points.
    6. They can use their points every quarter.
    7.  Points roll over each quarter for one year max.
    8.  By obtaining points you may use them to purchase items from the pop-up shop that will be available at the end of each quarter.
    9. Each time the nominator gives a badge to a teammate, the nominator will be entered into a monthly sweepstake drawing for 25 points.
    10. You can nominate across the PKR departments.
    11. Only two prizes may be redeemed at the end of every quarter on the last Friday of the month.
    12. There will be three different tiers to purchase from at the pop-up shop along with a bonus tier.
        • Low tier 0-100 points
        • Middle tier 120-300 points
        • High tier 350-800 points
        • Bonus items 2000 points

    • Engagement: bringing the community and coworkers externally and internally together and connecting
    • Equity: understanding the diverse need of the community to ensure all people have access to opportunities and essential needs
    • Ethics:  being trustworthy and honest even when no one is looking
    • Excellence: commitment to improvement in oneself and the community
