Smell the Flowers: Thank You for Not Smoking at our Dallas Parks

Twitter Post - Smell the flowers, not the smoke!

Dallas City Council implemented a no smoking ordinance in 2018 at all City of Dallas parks and trails. We encourage everyone to enjoy the fresh air and smell the flowers, not the smoke, when visiting one of our 397 parks.

Smoking will be permitted at our six golf courses, Elm Fork Shooting Sports facility (the city-owned gun and archery range), and other department parks and facilities managed by private partners. Those include the Dallas Zoo, the Dallas Arboretum, Lee Park, and Fair Park during the State Fair of Texas.
