Leave No Trace Spotlight Event

We are thrilled to announce Samuell Farm has been announced as a 2023 Leave No Trace Spotlight!  Leave No Trace’s new Spotlight program is a multi-day event to bring attention to community conservation, spread education, and to build momentum and inspire involvement for the future.

Opportunities to Get Involved:

Thursday, March 16: Do you work with youth in an outdoor setting or simply have a passion for kids and protecting our outdoor spaces?  Leave No Trace educators will provide a 2-hour, engaging training preparing you to teach the 7 Leave No Trace principles to youth of all ages.  Dinner is provided.  Advanced registration is required.  Youth Educator Registration

Saturday, March 18: Bring your family to Samuell Farm to learn about Leave No Trace through outdoor adventure challenges! 

It's a family competition like you've never seen before!  Families will go head to head in the Leave No Trace Amazing Race Challenge! This free event is part of the Samuell Farm Leave No Trace Spotlight, a multi-day event to bring attention to community conservation, spread education, and inspire involvement for the future.

Compete against other families (up to 5 participants) as you race across Samuell Farm to complete challenges based upon the 7 Leave No Trace principles!  Watch out for road blocks and keep your eye on the prize - tickets for the entire family to the upcoming Farm Fest!
