Healthy Cities

Healthy Cities 2.0 is a collaboration between the Dallas Park and Recreation Department and Baylor Scott and White to transition our recreation centers into a place of Wellness.

The program is free to adults with a current Dallas Park and Recreation Card.  Registration for programs is required.

The program includes a variety of exercise classes, orientation to weight room equipment, wellness classes, a monthly newsletter and additional wellness information.  Participants may screen for their blood pressure or body composition at any time at the participating sites.  Please contact the individual sites for class time and information.
