A reservation with an estimated attendance of 75 participants or more is considered a Special Event and requires a special event application to be submitted at least 30 days prior to the event date.
A special event site meeting will be required for all special events that will include the event coordinator and the Reservation Office Manager.
Pricing varies based on the estimated attendance.
The Dallas Park and Recreation Department has various facilities and athletic fields that may be reserved. Reservations may be made Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 am and 4:00 pm by calling 214.670.8740. Debit and credit cards are accepted.
Special Event Application:
In order to provide better customer service, The Athletics, Events and Reservations Division will stop taking reservations for special events until August 22, 2017 in order to restructure the system and provide continuity in our reservations processes. Please be patient with us during this time as we work to improve our processes.
