Walks/Runs and Special Events

Special Event Reservations
 
A reservation with an estimated attendance of 75 participants or more is considered a Special Event and requires a special event application to be submitted at least 30 days prior to the event date.

A special event site meeting will be required for all special events that will include the event coordinator and the Reservation Office Manager.

Application fee will be due upon request of a special event.
 
Deposit is due ten days after the contract is  generated.  Remaining balance is due ten days prior to the reservation.
  
Pricing varies based on the estimated attendance.

To begin the Special Event reservation process, complete the Special Event Application and fax or email it to the Reservation Office.  You will be contacted within 1 business day to schedule a site meeting.

Runs/walks with an estimated attendance of 75 or more will be required to fill out a special event application at least 10 days prior to the event date.

A special event site meeting will be required for all runs/walks that will include the event coordinator and the Reservation Office Manager.

Pricing:    $200 special event fee
                $2.00 per participant
                $200 refundable deposit
