Weight Training


Whether you are looking to build muscle mass, lose inches, or just tone up this class is perfect for you. Work upper and lower body muscle groups using weights, resistance bands, and other fitness equipment to improve over all strength and flexibility. Yoga2Yoga

Relax and take one of our Yoga classes. Yoga does more than burn calories and tone muscles. It's a total mind-body workout that combines strengthening and stretching poses with deep breathing and meditation or relaxation. Instructors wanted!

We are always looking for new and exciting health and fitness classes. If you are a fitness instructor and would like to teach at one of our facilities let us know by filling out the Contract Fee Instructor form!
